Service Description

WebVAExperts provides website fix, maintenance, and technical SEO services for small business owners. Services are delivered remotely via our online platform.

Plans and Billing

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis. One-time fixes are billed per task. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Scope of Work

We will perform the tasks outlined in your selected plan. Tasks that fall outside the plan scope will be quoted separately. “Unlimited tasks” in the Pro and Performance plans are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our technical capabilities.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide access to your website (CMS, hosting, or FTP) as needed for us to complete the work. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website before we make changes.

Limitation of Liability

WebVAExperts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
